	As a popular personality on talk radio on 3AW and ABC in Melbourne, I gave a lot of time to mental health issues, particularly Stress, Anxiety and Depression. Finally I gave up my media career to become a psychologist. It is my vision that every person can have the knowledge to help prevent mental and emotional problems and the coping skills to help themselves, and can pass this on to their children and families.
